Transporting app is inaccurate and locations are impossible. Please update the app or get better service. After tracking down 50 or more vehicles and driving over 100 miles I have not seen or picked up one. not even a broken one not damages or available for pick up. Is any one actually picking them up? Is the app accurate is it being updated promptly? I drive a box van and have Verizon 4G service. I have someone else diving. I just waisted 6 hours of my time and $50 in gas and data on this venture and amounted to nothing. What gives?

Koreatown, Los Angeles, CA. I was just notified that bounty is availiable only and only after 9PM and must be deliverd to the hub in 2 hours or you dont get paid. When i signed up theybsqidnit was going tonbe availiable any time of day. When i see it now after 8PM the drop off hub is more then 10 miles away. All the local ones are FULL. Now i know for sure there is something wrong with this picture.

Very disappointed in Wheels. I started transporting this past weekend. I have not been receiving full payment for pickup/drop off of bikes. Last night I dropped off 11 bikes at the designated location Extra Storage on Chattahoochee Ave. My payment was said to be $39. $18 only posted to my account. The previous night I dropped off 4 bikes, payment was to be $18, but only $18 posted to my account. Payment is received from a company called Stripe. Pickup locations are not accurate. After several emails, I've received no response. I feel cheated. I hope this won't happen to anyone else. Please do your research when applying to these companies.
I will no longer be a transporter for Wheels.

Typo 6/3/2019 4 bikes payment $18, $11 posted to my account. The payment that is listed in the earnings section, do match what Stripe deposits to my account.

I counted all my stripe deposits in my bank and they equiled 74$ and on my app it says 133$ what the fuck is going on, I think chargers/transporters need a union

Are there future dates on the stripe deposits? If so, thats when you will receive payment. Atleast that is how it works when I receive my payments. It takes 3 days after you work a night of bounty to get deposited. On Fridays &Sat. Bounty is received on Monday. Sundays will arrive on Tuesday. Hope this helps!

Went to 4 pick up spots - in THE worst parts of Atlanta - one place was even an elementary school! - only found ONE bike casually tossed in someone's lawn. I was afraid of getting shot honestly. Tried dropping off at the closest open hub - the stupid app couldn't "accept" the bike AT THE HUB, sitting next to 2 other bikes. It was a lot of dangerous hassle and I didn't even get paid the few measly dollars for ONE out of FOUR bikes I was able to locate. This is a poorly thought out, poorly run, sham. I couldn't even get any actual assistance from the company about resolving the app issue. NEVER AGAIN.

Wheels San Diego pulled all Wheels bikes from the streets this morning and is currently on hold due to the city/county and Wheels needing to come to some kind of agreement/policy procedure in how the Wheels are dropped off. I heard from a Wheels employee today that Lime and Bird scooters were not happy with sharing their drop off locations with Wheels and is currently on standby. :/

I Just found out effective July 1, 2019 Wheels can no longer operate their e -bikes in San Diego. They were not one of the selected companies to be chosen to continue to share their e bikes with other companies such as Lime, Bird etc. And leave them out to be rented in the streets of San Diego. Below is the article. Hopefully they can turn this around!

Seriously- 99% of the pick up spots on the transporter map are inaccurate. I have personally reported dozens of bikes missing yet day after day the pick up with often times INCREASED BOUNTY is STILL ON THE MAP? What the point of me telling you if drivers are going to the same spot looking for bikes I’ve told you ARE NOT THERE? I personally have waisted 3 full tanks of gas driving around LA and I’ve found only 6 or 7 bikes. I drive a Prius and it’s still expensive driving around for 8-10 hours a night. Why on earth is the transporter site not updated? It’s a lot of shitty things- not to mention terrible business platform to offer a bounty on ANYTHING you have been repeatedly told IS NOT THERE! I’ve made a list of 32 bikes on the map that I have reported missing and they still have not been removed. That’s some sadistic shit you guys are into. And you’re not doing a goddamn thing for your environment with a program that has 20 fossil fuel ran vehicles looking for one bike that isn't there. Seriously? Wtf?
