You will be paid as a Transporter for Wheels through Stripe. During the onboarding process, you will set up a Stripe account for your payouts. Your Stripe account is independent of Wheels.
Important Information About Your Stripe Account:
- Wheels employees are not able to view, edit, or delete your payout details
- Your first payout through Stripe can take up to 7-10 days for processing as they set up your account. Once your account is set up, it usually takes 3-5 days to process payment.
- Important to note: bank closures, weekends, and holidays can affect processing times.
- If you are updating your payout method with a new bank account or credit card, you will be asked to provide your previous banking details. If you do not have this information, you will need to contact your bank as Wheels does not have access to these details (for your protection!). If you are not able to contact your previous bank for this information, you will need to contact Stripe directly for assistance.
Entering/Updating Your Payout Information
Below, please find steps to set up your payouts in Stripe. You will use these steps to set up your initial account, and anytime you need to update your payout information.
Click on the Menu option within the app, then select Payment Info. Once you are in the Payment Info screen, select the icon to view your account.
Next, scroll down to Payout Details and select Wheels Transporter Payout Details
Next, enter your payout details and select Done
