Please submit this form by 11:59pm on the day before your subscription is set to renew in order to cancel your weekly or monthly subscription. We will also honor cancellations requested up to one day after your renewal date - so long as you have not used your bike during the new subscription period. For example: If your subscription renews on Monday and you have not used the bike on Monday or Tuesday, your subscription can be cancelled until 11:59PM on Tuesday.
