Please create a support ticket before your renewal date to cancel your weekly or monthly subscription. However, we will also honor cancellations requested up to one day after your renewal date - so long as you have not used your bike during the new subscription period. For example: If your subscription renews on Monday and you have not used the bike on Monday or Tuesday, your subscription can be cancelled until 11:59PM on Tuesday.
