You will need to qualify for our Wheels-for-All program to gain access to WHEELS without a smartphone**. Learn more and apply here. Once you are registered with our Wheels-for-All program, you will 1) email TextToRide@wheels.co and complete the application that is emailed to you or 2) mailing your name, address, phone number to Wheels’ corporate address: Wheels Labs, Inc. ATT: TEXTTORIDE Wheels Labs, Inc. 8149 Santa Monica Blvd #297 West Hollywood, CA 90046 and completing the application we mail in return. Once you are approved for Text to Ride, you will be able to unlock and lock WHEELS via SMS text.
